*EMPLOYEE AT WORK HOURS*

I am a school teacher. The school is very lenient, as in doesn't matter if we come late and leave before time. Other teachers do so, also yearly vacation is of 14 days. However, teachers here take month vacation and show entry of presence in register. They receive entire Month salary. Can I also do so?

It is compulsory to attend the time allocated by the school. It is not permissible to arrive late and leave early. It is compulsory to work and salary taken without working is not permissible.
Also, false entry in register and taking more days off and getting full salary for it, it not permissible. One should give give required time to the students and must take care of their descipline.
