Aaj kal gaadi ki zaroorat ho to gaadi ki qeemat se kam paisa dene par gadi milti hai,
masalan 30,000 rupiye do to 50,000 ya 60,000 wali gaadi istiamal ke liye milti hai,
jitne maheene istiamal karni ho istiamal kar ke wapas dena shart hota hai.
jab wapas dene jana ho to agar gadi me kuchh kharabi paida hui hai to usey repering karwa kar usee halat par gaadi wapas dena shart hota hai.
shart ke muwafiq gaadi lotai jaye to gaadi wala us gaadi ki dee hui qeemat masalan 30,000 puri deta hai warna repering kharch kaat leta hai to is tarah gadi khareedna jaiz hai ?

agar jaiz na ho to jaiz hone ki surat batane ki guzarish, kyun ke bahot se log aesa kar rahe hai. ise log rahan par gadi lena kehte hai.

koi cheez khareedne ke baad khareedne wala uska malik ban jata hai, isliye us par wapsi ki shart lagane se muaamala fasid-kharab aur na jaiz ho jata hai.

dusree kharabi is me ye hai ke gaadi pese (qeemat) di hai woh udhaar -qarz ke hukam me hai, pese udhar dekar gadi se nafa uthana sood kahlayega. jo bada hee sakht gunah hai.

कंपनी  से  गाड़ी  नक़द  लें  तो  ६००००  और  उधार  बैंक के  हफ्ते  से  लें  तो  ७२०००  और  बड़ी  गाड़ी  तो  नक़द  ले  ही  नहीं  सकते  क्यों  के  टेक्स  वाले  पकड़  करते  है. इतने  वाइट  पैसे  कहाँ  से  लाये  लिहाज़ा  मुफ़्ती  साहब  कोई  आसान  शक्ल  बतलाने  की  गुज़ारिश. लोग  सूद  के  गुनाह  में  मुब्तला  हो  रहे  है

*गाड़ी  नक़द  ले  तो*
*६००००  और  उधार  हफ्ते  से  बैंक  के  ज़रिये  ले  तो*
*७२०००  इस तरह  गाड़ी  लेने  का  क्या  हुक्म  है ?*

गाड़ी  खरीद  की  हस्बे  ज़ैल तीन सूरतें  हैं.

१. अगर  डीलर  या डीलर  का  फाइनेंसर  गाड़ी  बेचने वाला  है. चाहे  नक़द  बेचे  या  उधार किस्तों - हफ़्तों  पर. और  सारा  मुआमला  डीलर  या  उस  के  फाइनेंसर्स  ही  से  हो  रहा  है  अंदर  में  बैंक का  कोई  दखल  नहीं. तो  उधर  खरीदने  के  वक़्त  उस  की  नक़द  के  मुक़ाबले  कितनी  ज़यादह  कीमत  देनी  है  और  कितने  महीनों  में  देनी  है  ये  बात  साफ़  कर  दी  जाये  और  हफ़्तों  से  पैसे  या  चेक  डीलर  ही  को  दिए  जाये  तो  ये  मुआमला  जाइज़  है.

२. अगर  बेचने वाला  बैंक  या  फाइनेंसर  हो  और  गाड़ी  की  चाबी  और  क़बजह  भी  उसी  से  लिया   जाये  और  बैंक  के  नाम  से  चेक  दिए  जाये  कंपनी  का  बिच  में  कोई  वास्तह  न  हो  तो  ये  सूरत  भी  जाइज़  है .

३. अगर  बेचने वाला  डीलर  है  और  बैंक  खरीदने वाले  की  तरफ  से  डीलर  को  अभी  पूरी  कीमत अदा  कर  देता  है . और  फिर  आइन्दाह किस्तों - हफ़्तों  की  शक्ल  में  अपनी  अदा  की  हुई  रक़म  कुछ  ज़ाइद मिक़दार  के  साथ   खरीदने वाले  से  वुसूल  करता  है, ये  ज़ाइद मिक़दार  सूद  कहलाती  है  इसलिए  शरीअत  में  ये  मुआमला  दुरुस्त  नहीं .

Jumaa ka din ba barkat hai us barkat ke izhar ke liye ya bataure duaa musalmano ka baham ek dusre o juma mubarak kehna ya is (ka sms bhejna) fee nafsihee- bazahir jaiz to hai magar mustaqil- khastaur par jumaa din ka sharee juzv-hissa aur rasm banalene ki galti na ho jaye (an to whatsapp par baz logon ne rasam bana Lee hai) isliye baaz ahle ilm ne mana kiya hai.

If in case we feel strong sexual desire with our wives while they are menstruating or while they are going through post natal bleeding, how to fulfil our desire ? Which body-parts of ones wife is permitted? Can we ejaculate sperm with the use of wife's hand?

While our wives are going through post natal bleeding or menstruation, we can take pleasure from her body parts except the entire area starting from her belly to the knees. Sperm can be ejaculated by rubbing our private part with her body parts but we must ensure to place a cloth to cover the area from belly till the knee.

If in case we get a strong uncontrollable sexual feeling/desire than we may ejaculate sperm through our wives hand. If in case wife is unhappy with this, we must fast constantly to break our sexual desires.

Agar haiz ki haalat me bivi se sohbat kar li to is ka kya  kaffarah hai?
JAWAB
Sohbat karne wala janta hai ke aisa karna haraam hai to ye gunah e kabeerah hai (ek kabeerah gunah jahannam le jane ke liye kaafi hai agar usse tauba na kare) aisa shakhs sakht gunehgar hoga us par tauba istigfar ke siwa kuchh kaffarah nahi.

Aur mustahab hai ke ek dinar ya aadha deenar sadqah de ya'ani haiz ke shurooaat me kiya hai ke khun laal tha to ek deenar aur aakhir me kiya hai ke khun zard:pila tha to aadha deenar de. aur ye sadqah ka hukm mard ke liye hai aurat ke liye nahi.
NOTE:-  Deenar sone (gold) ka hota hai jis ki miqdar 4 gram 74 mili garam hai lihaza nisf deenar 2.187 gram huwe.

gair muslim ko salam kar sakte hai ya nahi?

Agar koi gair musalman kisi musalman ko salam karey to jawab dena chahiye ya nahi ?
Aur agar salam karna ho ya jawab den to kya kahe ?

🔵AAJ KA JAWAB🔵

1. Salam ke woh alfaaz jo hum musalman ek dusre ko kehte hai yaane *Assalamu Alaykum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh* yeh haqeeqat me saamne wale ke liye Allah Ta'ala se salamati wa rahmat ki duaa hai, jiska haqdar sirf musalman hai, Gair-Muslim nahi.

Isliye Gair muslim ke liye pyar wa izzat wale kisi dusre munasib alfaaz ka istemal karna chahiye,
Jaise Aadab, Good Morning, hi,kese ho? wagerah.....

Yaad rakhe ke, Gair muslim ko Salam karne me apni or se pahel nahi karni chahiye, kyun ke hadis me isse manaa kiya gaya hai,

HADIS:
Aap salllallahu alayhi wasallam ne farmaya : Yahudiyon aur Isaaiyon ko salaam me pahal na karo.

2. Aur agar koi gair muslim khud salaam karey to uske jawab me sirf *wa alaykum* kehna chahiye, ya fir *Hadakllah* ke Allah tujhe hidayat de, kehna chahiye.

HADIS:
Aap sallallahu alayhi wasallam ne farmaya : Jab tumhe ahle kitaab yaane yahoodi wa isaai (kafir log) salam karey to sirf *wa alaikum* kaho.

3. Fir agar kabhi kisi kafir ko salam karna hi pad jaye to *Assalaamu alaa manittaba'al huda*  kehna chahiye,

Aap sallallahu alayhi wasallam ke khootut (letters,khat) jo aap ne Gair Muslim badshahon ke naam likhe the unse iska suboot milta hai,

aap sallallahu alayhi wasallam ne Room ke badshah Hirkal ko khat likha jiska tarjuma ye hai ke, Allah ke naam se shuru jo bahot Maharban aur Raham Wala hai, Allah ke bande aur Uske rasul Muhammad ki taraf se ye khat Room ke badshah ke liye hai, Assalamu ala manittaba'al huda, ke salamati ho us par jo hidayat yaane sidhe raste ki pairwi kare.

4. Aur agar kahin musalman wa Gair Muslim ikatthe bethe ho to puraa salaam kare, aur muraad sirf musalmano ko le,

Hazrat Usama bin Zaid radiAllahu anhu farmate hai ke, Aap sallallahu alayhi wasallam ek aisi majlis ke paas se guzre jisme musalman aur gair musalman dono the, to aap ne unhe salama kiya.

Takmilah e baharur raiq (allamah ibne nujem ki kitaab jin ki tahqeeq ko barelwi maslak ke ulamaa bhi maante hai) Us me Hazrat ibne umar radeeallahu anhu ki riwayat se Hadees ka khulasah manqool hai ke jis me das alaamaten-nishani ho woh ahle sunnat wal jamaat hain woh das alamaten ye hain.

1.Paanch waqt ki namaz ba jamaat parhna.

2.Sahaabah me se kisi ka zikr burai ke sath na kare na kisi me aib nikaale.

3.Musalman badshah ke khilaf talwar na uthaye yani us se bagaawat na kare.use kafir na kahe

4.apne imaan me shak na kare apne ko wusooq-yaqeen se mu'amin aur muslim kahe (firqah bandi na kare)

5.Bhali aur buri taqdeer par iman rakhta ho ke jo kuchh hai khuda e paak ki taraf se hai.

6.Khuda ke deen me jhagde na kare (bila daleel bahas na kare aur falsafah na baghare)

7.Kisi gunah ki wajah se ahle tawheed- allah ko ek mannewale musalman ko kafir na kahe.

NOTE:Matlab yeh hai ke 72 bahattar firqe sab ahle tawheed wa ahle qiblah hai lihaza un ki takfeer-kafir kehne ki himmat na kare jab tak ke kisi firqe ke mutalliq ye sabit na ho jaye ke woh zarooriyate deen aur kisi aysi bat ka inkar karnewala hai jo khule taur par islam ki bat mani jati hai  aur jab tak yeh sabit na ho jaye ke woh ahkame shariyyah ke tawatur (jo baat huzoor ke zamane se aaj tak lagatar sabit ho) ko nahin manta un ko gair sabit aur gair yaqeenee kehta hai us ko kafir na kahe.
fuqhaa ne farmaya agar 99 ninnanawe aehtimal -chances   kufr ke hon aur ek aehtimal-baat ka matlab islam ka mavjood ho to us ek aehtimal ki wajah se kufr ka hukm na lagaya jaye.

8.Ahle qiblah (qiblah ki taraf namaz padhnewala musalman) me se jo mare us ki namaze janazah na chhodta ho.

10.Har nek aur gunahgar ke pichhe namaz ko jaiz samjhta ho.
