After relieving myself, drops of urine keeps discharging for 5 - 10 minutes. Due to this, the clothing becomes dirty (naapak) and wudu is also broken. What should I do to keep myself clean?

In the above asked situation, you can use a tissue paper to keep your clothes clean. The tissue will absorb all drops of urine. And when you feel there is no further discharge, it can be thrown and for precaution you can use a new one. This way your clothes won't get dirty (naapak). If the amount of urine discharge is less then it can fit in your palm or if it is of the size of old metal coin, it is forgivable. Your namaz will be accepted but it is better to discard the tissue paper.

It is better to perform ablution after 5 10 minutes since you mentioned that it stops after that.
