*FINE ON AMOUNT*

⭕Today's Question no. 1088⭕

If a person is given goods of Rs 10,000 advance, with the condition of payment of amount within a month. If the person delay in  payment, can he be charged extra of Rs 300 as fine?

It is not permissible to levy fine on account of payment not done within the required time period.
