*DOING PERSONAL WORK DURING OFFICE HOURS*

I work at an office /shop. Can I do any of ky personal work during the office hours? If I cover up the time taken for personal work by working overtime, will the salary be halal ?

If the time of the duty is fixed, that is from so many hours and ine is required to work during those hours, this will be considered mutual agreement and therefore it is not allowed to do any personal work during that time. Working overtime will not allow to be taken salary.
However, if the time is not fixed and work depends on certain things to be done, and working overtime in such a case, he is allowed to have salary l.
