On whom all is animal sacrifice compulsory? Please elaborate in detail.

All those person who is a Muslim, adult and who at the time of Zul Hajjah ie. 10th to 12th of Zul Hajjah, has wealth surmounting to 52.50 tola of silver  (As of today, 1438 hijra, Indian currency Rs. 23,000) more than basic necessities after attending debts,

NOTE :

1. Not necessary the amount should be available entire year.

2. Also, pair of clothing more than three, shoes more than two pairs, showcase and all its contents, TV, extra plot, flats etc not with the intention to sell will be included.
