What is the consequences of not offering animal sacrifice?

It is narrated by Hazrat Abu Hurairah radi allahu anhu that Prophet Muhammad sallalahu alaihi wasalam said that if a person is capable of offering sacrifice  (wajib on him), and doesn't do so, let him not come near to our eid gaah (eid prayer congregation).

(That is, it is a feeling of hatred and disappointment towards him and he is not to be considered liable to come near eid prayer area. He has no right to celebrate Eid and congregate with Allah swt's preferred People.)
