GOODS MUST NOT BE NECESSARILY FOR ENTIRE YEAR

For Zakat to be compulsory (Wajib, should goods be present for the entire year? If the goods decreases in quantity midway or if new quantity is added, is zakat to be paid on everything?

It is not necessary that the entire goods be present for the entire year to calculate Zakat. It is compulsory yo give zakaat on all goods at year end even if the goods camr in possession a month back.
In the beginning and ending of the year, if one is in possession of goods amounting to 52 and half price of silver, is liable to pay zakat on all goods.
