*WHY TRIPLE TALAAQ HAPPENS AT ONCE*

Nowadays people declare triple talaaq at ones, so shouldn't there be some ruling regarding nullifying it or not ending the niqah after it?

To find faults in the rules and laws of Islam and manipulating it accordance to one's comfort, is destruction of ones deen. If such thinking comes to mind or non - Muslim questions regarding it, they should be explained that saying triple talaaq together at one time is haraam and sinful and it is strictly prohibited and to be avoided to say it at one time.
In fact, there are four steps to be followed before saying tallaq. First,  one should try to make peace with wife, if it does not work, then stop sharing bed, followed by light beating, if this too doesn't work, then family members from both sides intervene and try to compromise, if still difference and fights persists, only one talaaq should be declared. However if one says talaaq thrice, it will be the end of nikaah.

As there are rules and laws of government, such as the police first tries to stop people from commiting wrong, if they do not stop, then try dispersing them with water and finally batons and sticks. If the police doesn't follow the above; steps and directly fires, then he would be responsible for his action and accountable for it.
Poison should not be taken but if someone does, he will have to bear the consequences.
The knife should be used for cutting fruits and not ones throat. But if someone dirs so, the person will surely be beheaded. How is it possible that one fires thrice and expect one bullet? Stab someone with a knife thrice and expect one wound? 
When the wordly events are such how can one expect deen to be different and have problems with it. It simply means that one is not in love with deen and is weak in his belief of Qur'an and Hadees. And should work on his deen to make it strong.
