*RISHWAT DENE AUR LENE KI SURATEN*

Aaj kal har taraf rishwat ka bazar garm hai. ba'az mavqon per shareef aadmi bhi rishwat dene par majboor hota hai. rishwat kahaan dena jaiz aur kahaan dena na-jaiz hai?
yeh ma'alum na hone ki wajah se kaafi preshani aur ba'az martaba nuqsan bhi uthhana padta hai
lihaza koi aisa zaabtah-qanoon bataa dijiye jisko samne rakh kar har mavqe ka hukm ma'alum ho jaaye aur shareeat par amal karna aasan ho.

Hazrat mufti Rashid Ludhiyanvi رحمت اللہ علیہ is sawal ka jawab likhte huve tahreer farmate hai ke
Rishwat lene ki mukhtalif suraten hain har ek ka hukm likha jaata hai.
1.Hukumat se judge ya is jaisa koi mansab (police, ya koi uncha uhda lene ke liye)
2.haakim (judge) se koi faisla karwane ke liye.
3.zulm par madad karne ke liye.
In teeno surat me rishwat dena bhi haraam aur lena bhi haraam.
Haakim (sarkari uhdedaar, officer) se haq na milne ka khatrah ho usko is zulm ke door karne ke liye rishwat dena bhi jaiz nahin isliye ke isse haakim(uhdedar) ki aadat bigdegi jo poori qaum per zulm ka sabab banegi.
4.jisse nuqsan ka khatrah ho use rishwat dena jaiz hai lekin uske liye lena haraam hai.
5.nuqsan ko door karne ya kisi nafe ko hasil karne ke liye darmiyan me wasta bannewale ya'ani sirf shifarish karnewale ko rishwat dena jaiz hai lekin usko lena jaiz nahin. albattah darmiyan me wasta bannewale ke zimme koi kaam lagaya jaye to uske liye us kaam ki ujrat-mazdooree lena jaiz hai.
basharte ke woh bazaate khud us kaam karne ki taaqat rakhta ho woh kisi aur ki taaqat per bharosaj kar ke kaam kare to uska aetibar nahin (isliye usko ujrat lena jaiz nahin)
