Is there evidence regarding triple talaaq in Hadith?

The evidence of triple tallaq is mentioned in the book of saheeh hadith NASAI. It has been mentioned by Mahmood ibne labeed rahmatuallahi alayhi that Muhammed sallahu alayhi wasallam was once informed about a person giving three talaaq at the same time. Muhammed sallahu alayhi wasallam got angry, stood up and said the book of Allah (Qur'an) is been made fun of (not followed) even though I am still amongst you. A person present there asked our Beloved Prophet SALALLAHU ALAYHE WASALLAM if permitted, can I behead him?

The above mentioned Hadith confirms the existence of triple tallaq. If otherwise,  Prophet Muhammed sallahu alayhi wasallam wouldn't have gotten angry and would have declared it invalid.
Qazi Abu Bakr Ibnul Arabi that I the above mentioned situation, triple tallaq was considered valid.

It has been mentioned in another Hadith that Ibne Umar radiallahu anhu said tallaq to his wife when she was menstruating, then later he decided not to. It has been mentioned by him that I asked Muhammed sallahu alayhi wasallam, "Had I said triple tallaq, would it have been possible to undo it?"
Prophet Muhammed sallahu alayhi wasallam replied, "In that case, your wife would have been separated and you giving triple talaaq would be sinful."

This is the reason Ibne Umar radiallahu anhu had given fatwa regarding triple talaaq and the Hadith can be found in Bukhari.
