It is possible nowadays to buy a car at an amount less then its original price. For example, you pay Rs 30,000 and can get a car worth Rs 50,000- 60,000. You can use it for as long as you want, and then it has to be returned. If any damages done, one has to repair it at ones own expenses before handing over. If the car returned is in good condition, the owner gives back the entire amount of Rs 30,000 or reduced amount in case of damage. Is is permissible to buy a car in such a condition? 

If not permissible, requesting you to guide us to the permitted way, since many people buy car this way.

Buying or selling a car with the condition of returning it, is not permissible. When something is purchased, the person becomes the owner of that particular thing. Therefore, application of conditions of returning it makes is a wrongful dealing.

Another wrong option is that the car purchased in such condition is like loan, and to use the vehicle for benefit will be considered interest which is sinful.

The permissible way is to buy and then sell the car with the same amount without any prior conditions. Shariah permits selling verbally. Not necessarily to write any condition. One can promise the person of returning back the car to him in good condition and in return, getting the amount back. It will be morally good for the person to get the car back.
