⭕Today's Question no. 1267⭕
Zaid prays five times regularly, goes on tabligh Jam'aat, is a certified Aalim. He is been advised to work on his society and home and spread tabligh here before travelling for it. He is provided with reference of aayat "Tell your household to pray and you also stay steadfast". Is this right?
🔵Answer🔵
It is recommended to spread Tabligh first amongst household and society. However, it doesn't mean that unless and until they become regular with their prayers, he shouldn't spread tabligh to others. For eg. If there is a Madrasa at one place, such as Darul Uloom, Dewband it is not necessary that only after each student become Aalim, will only other students be given admission. It has not been ever recorded such so far from scholars. In fact, it has been observed that the household and society do not pay much attention to it and others gain benefits from such tabligh. Prophet Muhammad sallalahu alaihi wasalam didn't wait for the people of Makkah to accept Islam before proceeding for Taif. Therefore, if the intention is to spread goodness and tabligh, no such questions arises.
