*TO SELL INDIAN PRODUCT AS AMERICAN OR ITALY*

⭕Today's Question no. 1403⭕
We have a business of towels and shoes which are made in India. But if MADE IN USA or MADE IN ITALY is not written, costumers do not purchase it. In case of such labels, the products are sold veey easily. Is it permissible to sell the products this way?

To sell goods produced in India labelled as USA or Italy is extremely wrong and doing so is against the Shariah and not permissible. But if someone else do so, and you have to sell it, then the person writing it will be responsible and if you sell it, he will be held responsible. It is not permissible to sell products under wrong name just because costumers are not purchasing it.
