*INVESTING IN SHARE MARKET, GAINING PROFIT PERCENT*

⭕Today's Question no. 1402⭕

Certain companies invite investments and gives incentives, profits percentage of 15 to 20%. Such a non fixed profit, can be taken or not?

If this amount, instead of profit gain, is based on the investment amount, totalling to 15 to 20%, will be considered a type of interest and is not permissible.

It should be such a condition that the invested amount, should be included in both profit and loss, and the amount collection should be calculated exact amounting to it. It means, how much ever the total profit of the company, decide a percentage of partnership and to get profit percentage out of it.
