Can an announcement for donations either for personal use or madrasa, other Masjid is allowed or not?

An announcement for personal use ( marriage dowry, for household necessities) and for the purpose of deen, announcement can be done with conditions such that he is not supposed to flung between sa'ff and come forward, should not pass ahead of a person praying,should not create problem for present people. It should not be too long or loud. It is then allowed.

It is allowed to ask for donations for Madrasa and Masjid on condition that it is not prayers time or khutba time and create no disturbance for the people present.

If the announcement is for something that is lost, it is not allowed. It has been narrated that Prophet Muhammad sallalahu alaihi wasalam said " May you not get your lost thing" ( Because it is disrespecting the Mosque, hence cursing). However, outside the boundaries of the Masjid, the announcement can be done.

Hence, conclusive is that lost things announcement is not permissible and donations for deen or need with conditions mentioned is permissible.
