What are the conditions for giving divorce. Please clarify so as to make a general awareness among people.

If the divorced happen
In anger,
In jest (joking),
In mistake,
In forgetfulness,
With the intention of warning,
Intoxicated,
In absence of wife,
Absence of two witness,
Say the words with no intention of it.

In all the above mentioned situation, divorce will happen. Hence, it is necessary to know about the conditions of divorce
before marriage and to make sure one avoids leading to such situations.
