*RULING REGARDING FIDYA*

⭕Today's Question no.1367⭕

Is it permitted to fast as many as we can and give fidya of the rest? Or is it required to fast all of missing fasts or gave fidya of all?

🔵Answer🔵

1. All those fasts missed due to genuine reasons, it is compulsory to make up for it.

2. Fidya is to given only when the person is not capable of keeping fasts, and cannot be guaranteed to fast later and is not expected to get well later and fast. Only such a person is permitted to give fidya.

3. It is not permissible to not fast without reason and then give fidya.
