*TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF BORROWERS*

⭕Today's Question no. 1242⭕

A. Certain people gave out loans in exchange of things which they keep as a security for the money lending. Is it permissible to use the things kept for use and to get benefits out of it?

B. If while in use, the thing get damaged or destroyed, then who will be responsible for it?

🔵Answer🔵

A. In the above mentioned situation, it is permissible to derive benefits from things kept as security only if the owner of it gives permission happily. Otherwise it will be considered interest.

B. If it gets destroyed or damaged during use, the one using it will have to bear the cost of it.
