*RULING REGARDING WOMEN WORKING*

⭕Today's Question no. 1211⭕

My husband is jobless since years, the pension he gets from government is not enough, there is shortage of money, and besides me, I have three daughters and one daughter in law. If all of us do tailoring, we can earn from home and also there is a factory nearby, if we work there, we can earn more. But my husband says it is not permissible.

Requesting you to please clarify whether it is allowed or not? As of now, we are in need of 2 lakh, how will we manage it? I don't know what to do.

It is mentioned for women in Quran

"Stay in your homes."

It has been narrated by Prophet Muhammad sallalahu alaihi wasalam, "When women comes out of their homes, shaitan stares at them."

It means women gets noticed and as a result it leads to malignancies amongst Muslims.

It is mentioned in Sahih ibne khuzaimah " Women is closest to Allah swt when she is within the premise of her home".

Women leaving their homes leads to fitnah, it is therefore for this reason they are not required to attend Mosque for prayers  even though it is highly recommended to attend Masjid for praying but the scholars fuqhaa madail and ulama has not allowed women to attend.

It is better that you and your daughters do not go out for work.

The amount received as pension and the amount you earn from home, try to manage your expenses within that amount.

Do not disobey Allah swt and do not let greed consume you.

Let down your necessities and to repay the amount, keep praying to Allah swt and he will create ways for you.

After prayers, pray the following dua'a 7 times.

ALLAH HUMMA IKFINEE BIHALAALIK AN HARAAMIL WA AGNINEE BIFAZLIK AM MAN SIWAAK

According to Hadith, if the loan is as huge as a mountain, Insha Allah one will be able to repay it.
