*EATING CHICKEN WHICH FEEDS ON IMPIOUS FEEDS*

Nowadays, boiler hens and chicks are feed such grains which contains blood, pigs fat,animal intestine, excreta etc are mixed into it so that they quickly increase in weight. Is it permissible to consume such chicken?

Such hen feed on impious food can be eaten in conditions such that it's meat and sweat does not smell of anything impious and it is permissible to eat the meat of such an animal.

It is mentioned in Fiqah book that hen which feeds on impious food can be chained for three days and feed pure feed. It means that the meat is impure. The answer you gave yesterday and this differ from each other. Please clarify.

The animals mentioned in Fiqah to be chained is istibahi and not wujoobi. It is good if a hen is chained and feed pure grains but it is not compulsory.
