*WHO SHOULD GIVE FIDYAH*
⭕Today's Question no.1368⭕
Is is permissible to fast as many as one can and give fidya for the remaining?
Or should fidyah b given of all or should all be fast be done?
🔵 Answer 🔵
1. Any fast of Ramadan missed due to conditions mentioned in Shariah, it is compulsory to fast the missed later.
2. Fidyah is only for those whose health conditions do not permit them to fast, and there is no possibility of them fasting in near future, such a person is only eligible for fidya.
3. It is not permissible to keep some missed fasts and to give fidyah for the remaining.
And Allah swt knows best.
