ATTENDING DECEASED RIGHTS

If a person is tortured, or interest is taken, or backbiting someone and if that person dies, how can one seek forgiveness and attend to the deceased rights?

First of all, make an attempt to try to find the person. If you get to know his address, try to hand over his rights and ask for forgiveness. If you find out that he has passed away, rights must be handed over to his inheritance or seek forgiveness from them. If you cannot find his inherent, the amount you have taken bt torturing, stealing or as interest, gave it away to the needy with the intention that we are offering for him.
