*STEALING ELECTRICITY AND ITS USAGE*

What is the ruling regarding stealing electricity and using it in preparation of food, water, wudu, ironing?

Doing anything that is sinful, either regarding to Akhlaq or Qunani, against the teachings of Islam, and hence the person will have to be accountable for his deed.
Even knowing this, if a person does so and utilise the water for drinking or performing wudu, since it is pure, it will not be Haraam, and he can do so. He can also wear the clothing ironed through stolen electricity.
However, he will be hell accountable for stealing.
