What is the ruling regarding watching cricket when there is no songs, music, films etc. Is it permissible or not?

Modern day cricket has become such a sport where many things are against the shariah.

1. Prayers (salah) not offered on time.

2. Betting and gambling on winning losing the match.

3. Wrongdoers and sinful people are associated with it and one gets to spend time in their company.

4. People get so busy watching it regardless of day and night.

5. Young girls attend cricket matches in the stadium who are often half naked and seeing them is a sin.

6. Obsession with cricket so that one neglect important work of both here and the hereafter.

7. Shopkeepers neglecting shops, Employees neglecting jobs where people either get late or at time don't even go.

8. Students neglecting studies.

9. Discussion cricket even in mosque during and after performing wadhu.

10. In case of Ramadan,  sacrificing Quran recitation and taraweeh salah.

11. Celebration of win loss with fire crackers which is a wastage of money.

12. Leads to dispute among people with loss to life and property.

13. Having a feeling of animosity with regard to win loss.

14. Neglecting the rights of parents, Wife and kids, neighbours due to being engrossed with watching.

15. A lot of precious time is wasted which can be otherwise utilised in remembrance of Allah swt.

16. Advertisement in between cricket contain music, getting interest in watching films, drama etc.

It is therefore, not permissible to watch cricket.
