Ek shakhs ke paas apne rehne ke alawa bahut se makaan hai aur un makaano ko kiraye per dene ke liye kharida hai aur maksood yeh bhi hai taki uska Rupya bhi mahfooz rahe to ese makaanat ki qeemat per zakaat Farz hogi?

Puchhi hui surat me zakat farz na hogi kiraye ke woh makaanat chahe kitni hi qeemat ke ho,
⇨ Albatta unke kiraye se haasil shuda raqam nisaab ke ba-qadr ya usse zyada jama ho aur saal bhi guzar jaye ya dusre maal ka saal pura ho raha ho to in raqam ka bhi us ke sath hisab kiya jaye.
tarah uski zakaat dena saal pura hone se pehle bhi zaruri ho jayega.
★ Lekin agar is niyyat se kharida hai ke jab qeemat badh jayegi to farokht karke nafa kamayenge, Us waqt tak kiraye per chalta rahe, To fir qeemat per zakaat Farz hogi,

Zakat me naqad paisa dena zarooree nahi.balke behtar hai.Take gareeb apni marzi ki cheezen khareed saken.
Albattah Upar puchhi gai cheezen bhi zakat ke paison ko malik aur khud zakat ke paison ka maalik na ho to zakat ke maalik ki ijazat se khareed kar un cheezon me zakat ki niyyat kar ke zakat ke mustahiq ko den to bhi jaiz hai.

isee tarah beti ki shadi ke liye jo raqam me jamaa kar raha hun us par bhi zakat deni padegi ?

★ Agar kisi shakhs ne itni raqam Jo zakat ke nisaab tak pahunchti he, isliye jama kar rakhi he, ke me isse Hajj karunga ya isse Makaan kharidunga ya banaunga Ya isse Beti ki Shadi karunga vagera vagera..

⇨ To agar us raqam per saal guzar gaya to us per zakaat waajib ho gayi,
Jab tak ye Raqam rakhi rahegi (kharch nahi ho jayegi) Us waqt tak Maalik ko har saal zakaat Ada karni hogi,

⇨ Hajj ka iraada karna ya Makaan kharidna, banwana, Beti ki shadi vagera sab kaam per zakaat ki adaaygi ke liye uzr tasavvur nahi honge,

Agar Ye mulazim pehle se Sahibe Nisaab tha to fund ki raqam chahe miqdare nisaab se kam mile ya zyada uska saal alag se shumar nahi hoga,

→Balki jo maal pehle se uske paas tha Jab uska saal pura hoga yani pehle se mojooda nisaab ki zakaat nikaalne ki tareekh aayegi to fund ki vasool shuda raqam ki zakaat bhi usi waqt waajib ho jayegi, chahe us nayi raqam per ek din hi guzra ho

⇨Zakaat ki ye tafseel imaam e aazam Abu Hanifa Rh. ke qoal per he, Saahibain Rh. ke qoal ke mutabiq qarz ki har qism per zakaat Farz he,

→Lihaza agar koi ahatyaat per amal karte hue guzishta tamaam saalo ki zakaat Ada kare to behtar he,

⇨ iska behtar tareeqa ye he k jabse ye mulazim Sahibe Nisaab ho us waqt se har saal ke khatm per hisaab kar liya jaye, k ab uske fund me kitni raqam jama he, Jitni raqam jama he uski zakaat Ada kar de, isi tarah har saal karta rahe.

★ Provident fund me Jo Raqam mulazim ki tankhwah se kaati jati he aur us per Mahana ya Saalana izafa kiya jata he is par zakat ka kya hukm hai?

Ye sab mulazim ki khidmat ka wo muaawza he Jo abhi uske qabze me nahi aaya, Lihaza wo mahkame-company ke zimme mulazim ka qarz he,

★ Zakaat ke maamle me Fuqha ikraam Rh. ne qarz ki 3 qisme bayaan farmayi he, Jinme se baaz per zakaat waajib hoti he aur baaz per nahi hoti,

Vasool hone ke baad zaabte-qaidah ke mutabiq Zakaat waajib hogi, Jiski Tafseel ye he,

★ 1- Mulazim agar pehle se Sahibe Nisaab nahi tha, magar us raqam ke Milne se Sahibe Nisaab ho gaya to vasool hone ke waqt se ek Qamri-islami Saal pura hone per Zakaat waajib hogi, Ba-sharte us waqt tak ye shakhs Sahibe Nisaab rahe,

⇨Agar Saal pura hone se pehle Maal kharch hokar itna kam reh gaya k Sahibe Nisaab nahi raha to zakaat waajib nahi hogi,

⇨ Aur agar kharch ya Jaaya hone ke bavjood Saal ke akheer tak Maal ba-qadre nisaab bacha raha to jitna baqi bach gaya sirf uski zakaat waajib hogi, Jo kharch ho gaya uski nahi hogi,

★ 4- Aurat ko chhoone vagera se inzaal ho Jana,

★ 9- Koi esi cheez nigal Jana Jo Aadtan khayi nahi jati, Jese lakdi, loha, kachcha gehu ka daana vagera,

Gair muqallid aur baaz muqallid arab hazraat bhi inkaar karte hai us ki riwayat ko mavzooa-banawati qaraar dete hai lihaza suboot pesh karne ki guzarish.

★ Aksar log sirf Ramzan me zakaat nikaalte he’n aur usi me hisaab karte he’n, Ramzanul Mubarak me Zakaat nikaalne ki fazilat to he lekin apne maal ka hisaab bhi Ramzan hi me kiya jaye? Isme bahut si kharabiya he”n,
Isliye k Zakaat ka sahi tareeqa ye he k Aap Qamri Maah ( Chand ki tareekh ) ki jis tareekh ko Sahibe Nisaab hue the, hamesha wahi tareekh aapki zakaat ke hisaab ke liye mutayan rahegi,
★ is Tareekh me Aapke paas Jo Sona, Chandi, Maale Tijarat aur Naqdi Jo kuchh bhi ho, chahe ek Roz pehle hi mila ho sab per zakaat Farz hogi, Zakaat ka hisaab isi tareekh ko hoga Ada chahe jab kare,
★ Agar darmiyan saal me nisaab ke mutabiQ maal bilkul nahi raha to ab fir ( dobara ) jis tareekh me Sahibe Nisaab honge, wo tareekh mutayan hogi,
★ Agar Sahibe Nisaab banne ki Qamri tareekh ( chand ki tareekh ) yaad nahi ho to goro fikr ke baad jis tareekh ka itminan zyada ho wo mutayan hogi,
★ Agar kisi tareekh ka bhi itminan na ho to khud koi Qamri tareekh Mutayan kar lijiye, isme Angrezi Saal se hisaab karna durust nahi he,

ladki ke jahez ke liye rakhe huwe zewar ka kya maslaa hai?

Zakaat Baalig per wajib he,,
Na-balig Bachcho ke maal per zakaat nahi, Albatta sadqa e fitr Na-balig ki taraf se Ada karna bhi zaruri he, (agar na-balig sahibe maal ho)

Majnoon, Pagal ke maal per zakaat nahi,

Zever aurat ki milkiyat hote hai’n , aur zakaat Ada karne ki zimmedari bhi Maalik hi per hogi, Shohar agar uske kehne per zakaat Ada kare to Ada ho ja’egi,

Shohar aur Bivi ki zakaat ka hisaab alag -alag he,

Marhoom Shohar ki zakaat Beva ke zimme Farz nahi, agar vaaris Ada kare to achchhi baat he,

Agar Na-Baalig ladki ko zever ki Maalik bana diya to jab tak ladki baalig nahi hogi zakaat Farz nahi he,

⇨ Sirf ye keh dena ya ye niyat kar lena k zever ladki ke Jahez me diya ja’ega, zakaat se mushtasna nahi karaar diya ja sakta, Jab tak k ladki ko zever ka Maalik na bana diya jaye,

→Aur ladki ko Maalik bana dene ke baad us zever ko khud istemal karna jaa’iz nahi hoga,

hikmat aur Fawa’id ke lihaaz se zakaat me 3 pehlu he

● 1- Apna kamaya hua maal Allah ta’ala ke hukm ke mutabik Allah ta’ala ke Bando’n per kharch karta hai to goya Allah ta’ala ke huzoor maali Nazrana pesh karke apni Aazizi va inksaari ka izhaar karta he k
” ye maal dar haqeeqat aapka atiya tha Jo mene aapko Razi karne ke liye kharch kiya, ”

● 2- Zakaat ke zariye gareeb va mohtaaj Bando’n ki khidmat va i’aanat hoti he, is tarah unki khoob Duae’n hasil hoti he,
Zakaat ka ma’ani paaki he, Jis tarah meyla kapda dhone se paak ho jata hai, Meyla jism nahaane se paak saaf ho jata hai,
Isi tarah zakaat nikaalne se wo maal paak saaf ho jata hai aur khud zakaat dene wale ko bhi paaki haasil hoti he, Uske andar se maal ki hirs, muhabbat, Bukhl vagera andruni bimariyo’n ka ilaaj hota he,

خُذْ مِنْ أَمْوَالِهِمْ صَدَقَةً تُطَهِّرُهُمْ وَتُزَكِّيهِم بِهَا.ٌ
” Ey Nabi ! Aap musalmano ke amwaal me se Sadqa ( zakaat ) vasool kijiye jisse unke quloob ki tatheer aur unke nafso’n ka tazkiya ho, ”

Ek shakhs darhi Mundata hai us ne sachche dil se tauba kar li hai aur ayindah rakhne ka pakka iradah kar liya hai magar abhi ek musht darhi nahi hui hai aur ugana ya lambi karna us ke ikhtiyar me nahi hai to kiya aese ke pichhe farz namaz aur taraweeh makrooh hogi?
Isee tarah jo imam darhi mundana ya ek musht se pehle katana nahi chhodte aese imam ke pichhe farz namaz aur taraweeh ka kiya hukm hai tafseelan jawab inayat kare?

Faqeehul asr mufti rasheed ahmad ludhyani Rahmatullahi alayhi likhte hain tauba ke bawajood aese shakhs ki imamat do wajha se makrooh hai,
1.ek ye ke uspar abhi tak islah Ka asar zahir nahi huwa hai aur ye fesala nahi kiya ja sakta ke ayindah is kabeerah gunah se bachne ka aehtamam karega ya nahi?;
2.dusri wajha ye hai ke jin logon ko tauba ka ilm nahi un ko ye galat fahmi hogi aur yahee samjhenge ke fasiq namaz padha raha hai is jahalat ke daur me darhi katane wale ki imamat jaiz hai aesi galat fahmi felne Ka bhi andesha hai

jis ke paas saal ke shurooa aur saal ke akhir me [saade bavan tola]  612 gram 35 mg. gram chaandi ho ya [saade saat tola] 87 gram 479 mg. gram sona, qarza adaa karne ke baad bachta ho, us par zakat vajib hai.

ya saade bavan tola chandi ki qeemat aaj 10 may 2016 ke hisab se 24500 rs ki qeemat ke baqadr zakat ka maal qarza Adaa karne ke baad mavjood ho to bhi zakat wajib hai.

Masalan 1 tola sona hai aur 500 rs naqad hai aur qarza nahi hai ya hai to ada karne ke baad chandi ke nisab jitna bachta hai to uspar bhi zakat wajib hai
Ya bechne ka kuchh maal hai aur kuchh naqad paise hai aur dono ko milaya jaye to chaandi ke nisab ki qeemat tak qarza adaa karne ke baad pahonch jata hai to us par saal ke khatma par zakat wajib hai, saal ke darmiyan me maal nisab se kam ho jaye to us ka aetibar nahi.

Sona, chandi, naqad, maal-e-tijarat in charon ko ya baaz ko milaya jaye to chaandi ke nisab ki qeemat ko pahonch jaye to bhi zakat vajib hai.

sona, chandi, naqad rupiya aur bechne ki niyyat se khareeda huwa koi bhi maal, masalan plot,zameen,flat,makan, share, dukan ka har woh maal jo saal bhar rakhne se kharab nahi hota.
Kiraye amdani,wirasat ya hadiye me mila huwa rupiya
in tamam cheezon par zakatvfarz hai us ki qeemat lagai jayegi.

Sone chandi ke alawah Har woh cheez jo istemal ki jati hai masalan fridge,washing machine, oven,har qism ki gadi (car,two wheels, cycle) mobile,ghar ke bartan, showcash ke bartan, ghar ka furniture, kapade, imitation jawelery, hifazat ke liye rakhe gaye hathyar, ghar me rakha huwa khane pine ka zakhirah, istiamal ke hire, moti, parhne ki kitaben wagairah aur dukan,karkhane, factories ki istiamal ki machineries wagairah zaroorat ki chezen,
Kiraye par dee hui koi bhi cheez makan, dukan,har qism ki gadi par zakat farz nahi.in ki qeemat nahi lagai jayegi.

jo cheez bechne ki niyat se na khareedi ho masalan ayindah rehne ke liye ya bachchon ko dene ke liye khareeda huwa makan, flat,zameen wagairah
jo maal kharab ho jata hai masalan gosht, sabzi, fruit, dudh Aur dudh se bani hui cheezen me zakat farz nahi lihaza nisab banane me is tamam cheezon ko nahi shumar karenge.

1. INJECTION SE WUZU TUTNE KA MAS'ALA:
Sugar naapne ke liye jo khun nikala jaata hai  us se wuzu nahi tut'ta, is liye ke voh bahot kam mikdaar me hotaa hai, agar injection ke zariye itnaa khun nikala ke khun beh padne ki miqdaar tak pahonch jaaye to wuzu tut jaayega.

baahar se gizaa ya dawaai lene ki surat me kisi chiz ka ander jaana wuzu todne wala nahi hai. injection par jism ka thoda khun lagaa rehta  hai us miqdaar me khun baahar aana bhi wuzu  todne wala nahi hai.

2. ME'ADE TAK PIPE PAHOCHAANA:
Medical test ke liye agar pipe munh ke raste se me'ade tak pahonch jaaye, aur pipe najaasat ke hisse tak pahonch jaaye, aur najaasat ka asar lekar vaapas loute, to wuzu tut jaayega. agar pipe par najaasat naa lagi ho ya test ke liye gosht ka tukdaa nikalaa to us par najaasat ka asar naa ho to wuzu nahi tutega, kyun ke gosht ke tukde ka jism se alag honaa wuzu todne vala nahi.

PIPE  SE PESHAB KARNAA: Kisi shakhs ka operation kiyaa jaaye, aur peshab ke baahar nikaalne ke liye khaas tarah ki pipe lagaadi jaaye, jis se peshab aataa rahe, to us pipe se bhi peshab aane se wuzu tut jaayega, kyun ke najaasat mutayyann jagah se nikle ya kisi aur jagah se, voh har haal me wuzu todne vala hai. albatta agar lagaatar peshab ataa rahe, aur rokne ki quvvat khatam ho jaaye, to voh maazur ke hukam me hogaa, voh har namaz ke baad ek baar wuzu karne ke baad jab tak us ke alaava koi aur wuzu todne vaali dusree koi chiz pesh naa aa jaaye ya namaz ka vaqt na guzar jaaye vahi wuzu us ke liye kaafi hoga.

1. BEHOSHI ya NASHAA:
Agar behosh ho gaya aur junun (pagalpan) se aqal jaati rahi to wuzu tut jaayega, chaahe behoshi ya junun thodi hi der rahaa ho. aur aise hi agar sharaab vagairah koi nashaa ki chiz kha-pi li aur itna nashaa ho gayaa ke achhi tarah nahi chalaa jaata aur qadam idhar udhar bhatakta aur dagmagaata hai to bhi wuzu jaata raha.

2. NAMAZ ME HASNA:
Agar namaz me itni zor se hasi nikal gayi ke usne apne aap bhi apni avaaz sun li, aur uske paas valo ne bhi sab ne sun li, [khilkhilaakar hansne me sab paas vale bhi sun lete hai] is se bhi wuzu tut gayaa aur namaz bhi tut gayi. aur agar aisa huva ke apne ko avaaz sunaayi de, magar sab paas vale na sun sake , agarche bahot paas vala sun le is se namaz tut jaayegi, wuzu nahi tutega. agar hansi me sirf daant khul gaye,avaaaz bilkul na nikli,to na wuzu tuta aur na namaz gayi, ha chhota bachha jo abhi javaan na huva ho woh zor se namaz me hanse ya tilavat ke sajde me bade baaligo ko hansi aa jaaye to wuzu nahi jaata. ha vo sijdaa aur namaz jaati rahegi jis me hansi aayi.

1. T.V. DEKHNA, GALI BOLNA, AURAT KO HAATH LAGANA:
Tv. dekhne se, gaali bolne se, kisi aurat ko haath lagane se wuzu nahi tut'ta, albatta ye chiz gunaah he, gunaah ke baad wuzu kar lena mustahab he.

2. BACHHE KO DUDH PILAANA:
Bachhe ko dudh pilaane se wuzu nahi tut'ta.

3. SHARMGAAH ME RUYI RAKHNA: kisi shakhs ne peshab ke katron ke khouf se sharmgaah ke suraakh me ruyi rakhi aur peshaab ke katre masanah (pittashay) se nikal kar ruyi tak pahoch gaye lekin tari [bhigapan] ka asar ander hi rahaa baahar zahir nahi huva, to wuzu nahi tutega, aur tari ka asar baahar zahir ho gayaa ya bhigi ruyi baahar nikal jaaye to wuzu tut jaayega.

4. GARMI KE DAANE AGAR FUT JAAYE:
Garmi ke mosam me badan par jo baarik daane nikal aate he, agar futne ke baad unka paani khud na bahe balke haath ke kapde lagne se fel jaaye to wuzu nahi tutega. agar khud bakhud bah pade to wuzu tut jaayega.

5. SHARMGAAH KO HAATH LAGAANA: Agar kisi shakhs ne wuzu karne ke baad shamgaah ko haath lagaaya to wuzu nahi tutega, chahe bila kapda direct haath lagaaya ho ya darmiyaan me kapdaa ho.

1. LET KAR YA TEK LAGAKAR SONA:
lete lete ankh lag gayi, ya kisi chiz se tek laga kar baithe-baithe so gaya, aur aisi gaflat ho gayi ke agar vo tek na hoti to gir padta, to wuzu jaata raha. aur agar namaz me baithe baithe ya khade khade so jaaye to wuzu nahi gaya. aur agar sajdah me kohniya zamin par bichhakar so jaaye to wuzu tut jayega.

2. BETHKAR SONAA:
Agar namaz se baahar baithe-baithe so jaaye aur apna chhutad (surin-pichhe ki shamgah) edi se daba le aur divar vagerah kisi se tek bhi na lagaye to wuzu nahi tutta.

3. SOTE SOTE GIRNAA YA ZHUMNAA:
Baithe-Baithe nind ka ek aisa zhonka aaya ke gir pada, to agar gir ke fauran hi ankh khul gayi to wuzu nahi gaya. aur jo girne ke zara baad ankh khuli ho to wuzu jaata raha. aur agar baitha baitha zhumta raha, gira nahi tab bhi wuzu nahi gaya.

4. DONO HATHO PAR TEK LAGA KAR SONA:
Kisi divaar ya sutun ya aadmi ya apne dono hatho par tek lagaa kar is tarah soyaa ke us sahare ko hataa diyaa jaaye to is tarah gir pade ke dono surin (kulhe) zamin se juda na ho to wuzu nahi tutega.

5. SONE KI VOH SURTEN JIS SE WUZU NAHI TUT'TA:

(1) Beth kar so jaaye ke dono paanv ek taraf fele ho aur dono surin (kulhe) zamin se lage huye ho to uska wuzu nahi tut'ta. is tarah ukdu betha ke dono surin zamin se lage huye ho aur dono ghutne khade ho aur dono pindliyo se hatho ko gher le usi haalat me apna sar apne ghutne par rakh le ke us se wuzu nahi tut'ta.

(2) Ungh (zhonke marne se) wuzu nahi tut'ta, agar che surin zamin par na jame
(4) lete huye aadmi ko halki ungh aa jaaye us se bhi wuzu nahi tut'ta [halki hone ka ye matlab he ke apne qarib ki bate suntaa ho].

6. SONE KI VO HAALAT JIS ME WUZU TUT JAATA HE:  
(1) Char zaanu (palaathi) maar kar baith kar soyaa aur sar rano par rahe to wuzu tut jaayega.  
(2) Surin (kulhe) ediyon par rakhkar baithne ki haalat me soyaa aur pet raano se jaa lagaa, undha undhaa sone ki tarah ho gayaa to wuzu tut jaayega.  
(3) Aur koi shakhs ek surin÷kulhe par baith kar soyaa to uska wuzu tut jayega.  
(4) Mariz karvat par let kar namaz padhta huvaa so jaaye to uska wuzu tut jaayega.

MASLAN 27 Rajab ki shab ke bare me ye Mashhoor hogaya hai ke ye SHAB-E-MERA hai aur is Shab ko bhi usi tarah guzarna chahye jis tarah Shab e Qadr guzari jati hai aur jo Fazeelat Shab e Qadr ki hai , kam o besh Shab e Meraj ki wahi Fazeelat samjhi jati hai, balke Maine to ek jagah ye likha hua dekha ke “

SHAB E MERAJ KI FAZEELAT SHAB E QADE SE BHI ZIADA HAI”,

aur phir us raat me logo ka Namazon ke bhi Khaas khaas tareekhe Mashhoor kardiye ke us raat me itni Rakaten padhi jayen aur har Rakaat me Fulaan Fulaan khaas Soorten padhi jayen. Khuda jane kya kya Tafseelaat is namaz ke bare me Logon me Mashhoor hogaya. Khoob samajh lijye , ye Sab be asal baaten hain, Shariat me inki koi asal aur koi bunyaad nahi.

SHAB-E-MERAJ KI TA’YEEN ME IKHTELAAF

Sab se pehli baat to ye hai ke 27 RAJAB ke bare me yaqeeni taur par nahi kaha jasakta ke ye wahi Raat hai jisme Nabi kareem sallallahu alaihi wasallam MERAAJ par tashreef le gaye the, kyu ke is baab me mukhtalif riwayaten hain. Baaz riwayaton se Maloom hota hai ke Ap sallallahu alaihi wasallam RABI UL AWWAL me tashreef legay the , baaz riwayaton me RAJAB ka zikr hai aur Baaz Riwayaton me koi aur Mahina bayan kiya gaya hai. Is liye poore yaqeen ke sath nahi kaha ka sakta ke kaunsi raat Saheeh Maine em MERAJ ki raat thi, jisme Huzoor sallallahu alaihi wasallam MERAJ tashreef legaye.

WAQIA E MERAJ KI TAREEKH KYU MEHFOOZ NAHI?
       ┄─━━━━━━━▣▣▣━━━━━━━─┄
Is se ap khud andaza karlen ke agar Shab e Meraj bhi Shab e Qadr ki tarah koi Makhsoos raat hoti aur uske bare me koi khaas Ahkaam hote jis tarah Shab e Qadr ke bare me hai to us tareekh aur Mahina Mehfooz rakhne ka ahtemam kiya jata. Lekin chunke is tareekh ko Mehfooz rakhne ka ahtemam nahi kiya gaya to ab Yaqeeni taur se 27 Rajab ko Shab e Meraj qarar dena durust nahi.

Aur agar bil farz ye tasleem bhi kar liya jaye ke Ap sallallahu alaihi wasallam 27 Rajab hi ko Meraj tashreef le gaye the , jis me ye azeemush shaan waqia pesh aya aur jisme Allah Ta;ala ne Nabi kareem sallallahu alaihi wasallam ko ye Maqaam ata farmaya aur apni baargaah me hazri ka sharf bakhsha, aur Ummat ke liye Namazon ka tohfa bheja, Beshak wo Raat badi Azeemush Shaan thi, kisi Musalman ko uski azmat me kya shubah ho sakta hai?

APKI ZINDAGI ME 18 MARTABA SHAB E MERAJ KI TAREEKH AYI LEKIN
       ┄─━━━━━━━▣▣▣━━━━━━━─┄
Ye waqia san 5 Nabawi me pesh aya yani Huzoor sallallahu alaihi wasallam ke Nabi banne ke panchwe saal ye Shab e Meraj I, jiska matlab ye hai ke is waqie ke baad 18 saal tak ap dunya me tashreef farma rahe, lekin in 18 saal ke dauraan ye kahi sabit nahi ke Ap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne Shab e Meraj ke bare me koi Khaas hukum diya ho, ya us ko manane ka Ahtemam farmaya ho , ya uske bare me ye farmaya ho ke us raat me Shab e Qadr ki tarah Jaagna ziada Ajr O Sawaab ka baais hai, na to apo ka aisa koi Irshad sabit hai aur na ap ke zamane me is raat me jaagne ka ahtemam sabit hai, na khud Huzoor sallallahu alaihi wasallam Jaagey, aur na Sahaba Ikram Razi Allahu anhum ko is ki takeed ki aur na Sahaba Ikram Razi Akkahu anhum ne apne taur par iska ahtemam farmaya.

USKE BARABAR KOI AHMAQ NAHI
       ┄─━━━━━━━▣▣▣━━━━━━━─┄
Phir Sarakar e Do Alam sallallahu alaihi wasallam ke dunya se tashreef le jane ke baad 100 saal tak Sahaba Ikram Razi Allahu anhum Dunya me maujood rahe, is poori Sadi(100 years) me koi ek waqia aisa sabit nahi hai , jis me Sahaba Ikram Razi Allahu anhum ne 27 rajab ko Khaas ahtemam kar ke manaya ho, jo Cheez Huzoor Aqdas sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne nahi ki aur jo ap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ke Sahaba Ikram Razi Allahu anhm ne nahi ki usko deen ka hissa qarar dena ya usko Sunnat qarar dena ya uske sath Sunnat jaisa Mamla karna BID’AT hai, agar koi shaqs ye kahe ke mai(Ma’azallah) Huzoor sallallahu alaihi wasallam se ziada janta hu ke kaunsi raat ziada fazeelat wali hai ya koi shaqs ye kahe ke Sahaba Ikram Razi Allahu anhum se ziada Mujhe Ibadat ka zauq hai agar Sahaba Iikiram Razi Allahu anhum ne ye amal nahi kiya to mai usko karunga, uske barabar koi ahmaq nahi.

Yani jo shakhs ye kahe ke mai Tijarat me Banye se ziada hoshyaar hun, mai use ziada tijarat ke Gur janta hi to haqeeqat me wo shakhs BAAULA yani PAGAL hai, ik liye ke Banye se ziada tijarat ke gur janne wala aur koi nahi hai, ye to aam Zarbul misaal ki baat thi.

Lekin jahan tak deen ka talluq hai , haqeeqat ye hai ke Sahaba Ikram Razi Allahu anhum , Tabaeen aur Tabe Tabaeen deen ko sab se ziada janne wale , deen ko Khoob samajhne walw , deen par Mukammal taur par amal karne wale the, ab agar koi shakhs ye kahre ke mai unse ziada Deen ko janta hu ya unse ziada Deen ka zauq rakhta hu ya unse ziada Ibadat guzar hu to haqeeqat me wo shakhs pagal hai, wo deen ki Fahem nahi rakhta.

IS RAAT ME IBADAT KA AHTEMAM BID’AT HAI
       ┄─━━━━━━━▣▣▣━━━━━━━─┄
Lihaza is raat me Ibadat ke liye khaas ahtemam karna Bid’at hai , yun to har raat me Allah Ta’ala jis Ibadat ki taufeeq de wo behter hi behter hai , aj ki raat bhi jag len, kal ki raat bhi jag len, isi tarah sattaswi(27th) raat ko jaag len, dono me koi farq aur koi numaya Imtiyaz nahi hona chahye.

27 RAJAB KA ROZA SABIT NAHI
       ┄─━━━━━━━▣▣▣━━━━━━━─┄
Isi tarah 27 Rajab ka roza hai, baaz log 27 Rajab ke rozey ko fazeelat wala roza samajhte hain, jaise Aashurey aur Arfa ka roza fazeelat wala hia isi tarah 27 Rajab ke Roze ko bhi fazeelat wala Roza khayal kiya jata hai, baat ye hai ke ek ya do zaeef riwayaten to iske bare me haim, lekin Shaeeh Sanad se koi Riwayat sabit nahi.

Hazrat Farooq e Azam Razi Allahu anhu ke zamane me baaz log 27 rajab ko roza rakhne lagey , jab Hazrat Farooq e Azam raz ko pata chala ke 27 Rajab ka khaas ahtemam kar ke log Roza rakh rahe hain, to chaunke un ke yahan deen se zara idhar udhar hona mumkin nahi tha, chunanche wo fauran ghar se Nikal pade aur ek ek shakhs ko jakar zabardasti farmate ke tum mere samne Khaan a khao aur is baat ka saboot do ke tumhare roza nahi hai, baqaeda ahtemam kar ke logon ko khana khilaya , taake logo ko ye khayal na ho ke aj ka Roza ziada Fazeelat ka hai . balkeye jaise aur dino me Nafli Rozey rakhe jasakte hain usi tarah is din ka bhi Nafli Roza rakha jasakta hai, dono me koi farq nahi. Ap ne ye ahtemam is liye farmaya taake BID’AT ka Sadde baab ho aru deen ke andar apni taraf se ziadti na ho.

RAAT ME JAAG KAR KAUNSI BURAI KARLI?

Isi se ye baat bhi maloom hui ke baaz log jo ye khayal karte hain ke agar hum ne is raat me jag kar Ibadat karli aur din me Roza rakhliya to kaunsa Gunah karliya? Kya hum ne Chori karli? Ya Sharab peeli? Ya Daala daala? Humne Raat me Ibadat hi to ki hai, aur agar Din me Roza rakh liya to kya kharabi ka kaam kiya?

DEEN “ITTEBAA” KA NAAM HAI

Hazrat Farooq e Azam razi Allahu anhu ne ye batla diya ke Kharabi ye hui ke is din ke andar Roza rakhne Allah Ta’ala ne nahi bataya aur khud sakhta ahtemam iltezaam hi asa kharabi hai. Mai ye kayi baar arz kar chukka hu ke saare DEEN ka Khulasa “ITTEBA” hai ke Allah aur Rasool ka Hukum maano , na Roza rakhne me kuch rakha hai, na Iftar karne me kuch rakha , na Namaz padhne me kuch rakha, jab Hum kahen ke Namaz padho to namaz padhna Ibadat hai aur jab hum kahen ke Namaz na padho o Namaz na padhna Ibadat hai, jab hum kahen ke Roza rakho to Roza rakhne Ibadat hai aur jab hum kahen ke Roza na rakhi to roza na rakhne Ibadat hai, agar us waqt Roza rakhoge to Ye DEEN ke khilaf hoga. Deen ka Saara khel Itteba me hai, agar Allah Ta’ala ye haqeeqat Dil me utar de to saari Bid’aton ki khud sakhta Iltezamaat ki jad kat jaye.

WO DEEN ME ZIADTI KAR RAHA HAI

Ab agar koi shakhs is Roze ka ahtemam kare to wo Deen me apni taraf se ziadti kar raha hai aur Deen ko apni taraf se ghard raha hai. Lihaza is nuqte e Nazar se Roza rakhne Jayaz nahi. Haan! Albatta agar koi shakhs aam dino ki tarah isme bhi Roza rakhne chahta hai to rakh le , iski mumaniyat nahi, lekin iski ziada FAZEELAT samajh ka , isko SUNNAT samajh kar, isko ziada mustahab aur ziada Ajr o Sawab ka Mojib samajh kar is din Roza rakhne, ya us Raat me Jaagna durust nahi, balke BID’AT hai.
